The goal always was the Michelin star for the Bianconi family, owns all the beauty you see in Norcia, Home of that art which is the butchery.
Finally came the star, awarded today in Milan on the occasion of the presentation of the 61st Edition of the Guide, and your GG post a little’ of dishes tasted in mid November: I was in the area for the Chef's Adventure and one evening with Costardi Brother and my co-worker Anna Mazzotti decided to have dinner at Vespasia, restaurant & Château Palazzo Seneca led by Emanuele Mazzarella, 32 years of origin of Ischia, and furnished with great taste by Sandro Pandya of Divania.
My dinner at Vespasia remember rigor and aesthetic perfection but also choices of combinations that I personally feel daring and still needs to mature. Michelin evidently think differently from me, per fortuna 🙂
So the Vespasia is the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Umbria with Vissani that of stars, in Baschi, He has two.
This my experience in pictures per Vespasia.
