In Brighton for the Symposium about wines that come in from the cold

From 26 al 28 may in Brighton, the Rimini English known for its great beaches and the Ferris wheel on the sea,  scene is the ninth edition ofInternational Cool Climate Wine Symposium.

The event features wine experts, wine growers, experts, professionals and winemakers of cold climate regions, they will discuss on the theme "Successful wine production in climate change”, through seminars, workshops and tastings.

The appointment, that from 1984 has become a reference point for discussing innovative techniques and future developments, not directed only to insiders but also involves the general public. During the three-day Symposium here that will kick off the first edition of Laithwaites Cool Climate Wine Fair, In addition to the Sussex International Food & Drink, where you can taste more than 70 wines, and an extensive programme of tastings and dinners in the restaurants of Brighton.
