Not exactly exciting Fipe's data – Italian Federation of public establishments collected in an infographic on "Italy and drink", that follows the habits away from home of consumers along the boot.
The Fipe also track listing of "consumers", divided into three categories:
– The heavy consumer: 13 millions of people consuming at least 4-5 eating out in a week
– The average consumer: 9 millions of people consuming at least 2-3 eating out in a week
– THE low consumer: 17 millions of people consuming 2-3 eating out in a month
Consumption is frequent but for what? Pizza, hamburgers and breakfasts. Average spending per person for dinner? 20 euro, among the 11 and the 18 euros for lunch weekdays. And at the restaurant, then, who goes there?
