Recipes: Jazz-flavored cocktails (to taste every Tuesday at the Park Hyatt in Milan)

Cocktail, jazz music and smart-chic environment. These are the ingredients of the new Tuesday at Park Hyatt in Milan, where ABSOLUT Vodka EDMUND has decided to pay tribute to jazz with 3 bespoke cocktail, designed and manufactured four hands by Marco Cedenese, Luxury Expert Pernod Ricard Italy, and Andrea Rella, Bar Manager Park Hyatt Milano, exclusively for JAZZ NIGHT: AND LY TO P X P L E T I N I (Absolut Edmund, Fresh Apple, Lime, Triple Sec); AND LY X LU X U RY M U L E (Absolut Edmund, Lime, Fresh Cucumber, Liquid Sugar, Fresh Ginger, Fever-Tree Ginger Ale); P L A R U S I D S P E S I D E Y (The Glenlivet 18YO, Carpano Antica Formula, Quail Bergamot liqueur, Orange juice). And to make the experience even more unique and unforgettable, ABSOLUT EDMUND has developed a special "perfect serves kit" which is inspired by the elegant design of the bottle and the copper parts, clear references to ancient artisan distillation process of ABSOLUT EDMUND.

Every Tuesday, starting from tonight until the end of July, from hours 18.45 My Bar, the exclusive city hotel bar a few steps from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, becomes the ideal stage of JAZZ NIGHT, a series of elegant evening appointments, to relax after a day of engagements, While you are cheered by timeless music.

The recipe

1 4th fresh pureed Apple

half squeezed lime

10 ml Triple sec

50 ml Vodka Edmund

The gasket

Some finely chopped apple slices

The preparation

Pour Absolut Edmund in a shaker, Add ghiaggio, 10 ml triple sec and 50 ml Vodka Edmund , 1 ounce of lime squeezed at the time, close the shaker and shake vigorously to 4- 6 seconds. Filter through a sieve and pour into a chilled Martini.

Garnish with a few slices of Apple.

half squeezed lime

10 GR of fresh cucumber

2 g fresh ginger

5 ml of liquid sugar

60 ml Vodka Edmund

Top of Ginger Ale ( 20/25 ml )

The gasket

Fresh seasonal fruit

The preparation

Pour into a tumbler and the ice 60 ml of Absolut Edmund , half squeezed lime, agitate by adding 5 ml of liquid sugar. To seal a twist of fresh ginger and a thin slice of cucumber.

Give the whole top with Ginger Ale.

Garnish with a few slices of Apple.
