A few weeks ago ended VinNatur Genova (ve we presented here) and it's already time to Villa Favorita, the salone del vino “natural” organized – for the twelfth time – by the Association VinNatur in local scenic villa La Favorita. From Saturday 21 on Monday, 23 marzo the seventeenth-century mansion, that stands elegant on the top of the Hill of Monticello di Fara (presso Sarego, in the province of Vicenza), host ben 145 winegrowers coming from 17 Italian regions and six European countries. As is now customary, the wines offered in taste will also be for sale, directly to the tables of those who produce.
For growers present (You can find the list here) the demonstration is proving to be an excellent stepping-stone to other countries: the number – already considerable – by 320 buyer credited in 2014 should be passed in this edition, Thanks to intense and constant promotion carried out. The President Angiolino Maule thus clarifies the philosophy and practical action in this direction VinNatur: «Our Association organizes exhibitions to earn, but in order to support the partners in an ongoing improvement both in the work in the vineyard and in the business. We invest the proceeds of our two annual events in research projects that help us to do better and more consciously our farmers work, and most manufacturers offer possible opportunities to find markets for their wines and to expand the horizons of their activities. And the results there are».
Wine professionals is reserved for the Tasting room, allowing you to concentrate on wine tasting in space, not crowded and with bottles at perfect temperature, then navigate to the tables of the producers to conclude negotiations.
They will also present typical goodness and artisans will be a real bakery, that will produce – Live looping – fresh bread made from sourdough, to accompany the tasting of wines. Will also be insured, as always, a high-level restaurant service.
