Panettone dumplings

Ingredients:
Panettone
Chocolate taste and type of your choice
Breadcrumbs
Milk
A pack of whipping cream
6-7 macaroons

Proceedings
Crumble the cake, leaving raisins and candied fruits, soak it in milk for a few seconds, wring it, mix with small chocolate flakes, mix well. At this point, proceed to form balls of approximately 3 cm in diameter (or larger if you prefer), dip in breadcrumbs and then wrap each one in foil (I didn't do that because I had finished and, as you will see in the photos below, the dumplings I have crushed) and put in the oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes or until they are golden.
Meanwhile, mount the cream, Add sugar and then finely crumbled amaretti.
Place some’ so obtained sauce on the plates, then put in the middle one or two apiece and dumplings… Les jeux sont faits, Rien ne va plus!
