The 28 November Michelin Italy celebrated its 60 years on Italian soil with a super exclusive event at East End Studios Milan. There was also your DD and beyond to try to bribe Bib Gourmand (together with my friend Anna Mazzotti, pictured with me), I could taste the dishes designed and cooked live in eight seats from eight chef 3 Michelin stars of Italy. Those that have made me crazy were the pumpkin tortelli of Nadia Santini, the crisp foie gras Bao and the cod by Chicco and Bobo Cerea.
At the exit, We were given a booklet with all the recipes taste during the evening. I thought I'd share it with you, because if you have only a minimum of spirit “masterchef” inside you, This Christmas you could try any of these preparations. Or at least let you inspire. I will for sure try to make the recipe of Alajmo, Fried prawn rolls.
