Dosage Zéro Noir Ca’ del Bosco | Preview

by Tuesday, October 14, 2014

A wine born between heaven and Earth. Come on 466 meters above sea level where the 4,5 hectares of vineyard which give life to the fourth Vintage label Collection, the Franciacorta is at your feet and think that there is nothing more to ask this terroir. One hundred percent vinified in white this Blanc de noir comes out today with three vintages: the rare 2001, the refined 2004 and the more “playful” 2005. All with a personality to discover and enjoy.

The idea to prepare pure Pinot Noir originates in 1980, when Maurizio Zanella and André Dubois conceived the first Franciacorta 100% Pinot Noir vinified in white, the Brut Pinot Noir that few had the opportunity to buy. The Dosage Zéro Noir ne collects his inheritance and the values passed.

Comes out today in a commemorative box, in three separate thousandths: 2001, 2004 and 2005 de degorgiati all in the summer 2014 After 12, 10 and 9 years of aging on the Lees.

Paired with a lunch of white truffle, as I had the pleasure to let me now thanks to the Italian Ciuaiu dishes of Tornavento, the pleasure is absolute, but I think not given less satisfaction with other pairings or just alone, because a big bubble like this can do the singles like socialising, with the same nonchalances.
