The reputation that precedes Enrico Bartolini, Chef two Michelin stars from much aplomb British, is more than deserved.

Babu is young (35 years) but dispenses wisdom and talents as a veteran. The initial virtuosity — both to underscore that here you are able to do just about anything — leave soon for a tradition that, with great respect, is sublimated to the nth degree in dishes from 10 years now are classics that are now available in a menu under 35 in and around friendly (100 Euro wine included).

The atmosphere is nice, the perfect service, the chef a Tan to browse at will, refined and elegant as few.
