Ingredients for 4 people
kg 1,2 for 4 barbed threads and stripped of Ionian sea bream
4 code red shrimp
Tropea red onion
1 glass of dry white Greek
Aspromontano olive oil
Strips slightly sea bream fillets in flour.
In a pan pour the extra virgin olive oil and the Tropea red onion, cut into julienne.
After having browned the onions into the Pan place the fillets of sea bream and prawns and add salt and pepper. Tinged with Greek wine and cook for a few minutes over low heat.
Place the fillets in the dish and arrange over the shrimp tail. Fill the pot with cooking sauces and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
