Ingredients for 4 people:

– 200 gr. of flour

– 20 gr. of sugar

– rum q. b.

– 30 gr. of butter

– grated orange zest q. b.

– 2 eggs

– 1 pinch of salt

– grated lemon rind q. b.

– Insole without heel box .5

– 170 gr. by honey

– 15 gr. candied orange

– 15 gr. candied Citron

– 15 gr. candied pumpkin

– oil q. b.

Time: 15 min to prepare + 15 min of cooking



Start preparing your recipe struffoli sifting the flour and then putting it in a bowl pouring in fontana. In the Middle put beaten eggs, the butter, You'll let soften at room temperature, the liquor, sugar and lemon rind and orange, you have previously grated, then add a pinch of salt. Start kneading the ingredients well and continue until you get a lovely soft dough and make a cake. Let stand the dough wrapped in a towel in a cool, dry place for about 30 minutes. When you spent the time necessary to resume the dough and still knock it for 2 or 3 minutes, then start taking the bits and made of strips with your hands, rotolandoli lightly-floured surface.
