THEbaked sea bream is a very good second a very tasty seafood, cool and summer. The recipe of baked gilthead is simple and takes about 40 minutes. Ingredients for 4 people:

– 4 fresh gilthead;

– 4 sprigs of Rosemary

– 2 cloves of garlic;

– 1 lemon;

– Olive oil q. b.

– Pepper to taste.;

– Salt q. b.

Preparation:

Clean the gilthead: remove the entrails, the fish bones and scales. Then rinse under cold water and electricity. Sprayed with olive oil a large baking dish, then place inside the clean sea bream.
