It's called "4 village x 3 Colli”, — Sagra del porcello the 3 November, Sagra della pera vulpine and seasoned cheese the 10, Sagra del tartufo the 17 and Sagra dell'ulivo and olive oil the 24 November. SAGRA DEL PORCELLO

The Festival presents the ancient ritual that took place in the Hague from each farmhouse with the killing of the pig and meat processing by skilled butchers. SAGRA DELLA PERA VULPINE AND SEASONED CHEESE

Is an original autumn fruits and market of typical products of the Hill, where the Queen and the King of the day will be the Pera vulpine and the seasoned cheese ".

Pears foxes, small, hard round were a typical product of the valle del Lamone. The Festival has contributed over the years to the rediscovery of this forgotten fruit, offering the opportunity to enjoy. Pears are consumed boiled foxes, cooked in water or wine, or in the oven. Great is the combination with seasoned cheese of Brisighella, a cheese that is aged in chalk caves with ancient local tradition procedure.

SAGRA DEL TARTUFO

The truffle is one of the most sought-after of the Hill faentina. The "tartufai are adept at finding this precious mineral product. During the Festival are on sale the tubers in autumn and white varieties of black truffle. In local restaurants you can then savour refined recipes made with this product.

 

FEAST OF THE OLIVE AND OLIVE OIL (53Edition)

The cultivation of the olive tree, brisighellese land, dates back to ancient times: already in Roman times the olive tree and its products were known and appreciated. On the last Sunday of November is celebrated on the precious extra-virgin, the "Brisighello" and "in your dreams", to whom was assigned the DOP, and the refined "Nobil Drupa", a rare variety of olives (ghiacciole). During the feast the oil can be tasted and purchased the stand set up by the Coop. Brisighellese Farm. To complete the event a market of local products.
