"TheExpo dei sapori " will be the theme of the fourth edition of New York Identity (in the heart of Manhattan from Friday 4 Sun 6 October) chose the city of Milan will host theExpo in 2015 the theme "Nourishing the planet, Energy for life”, dedicated to the exchange of ideas, projects, products and techniques.

The comparison of different cultures will once again be the leitmotiv by New York Identity – dedicated to the happeningsthe excellence of made in Italy products and to the quality Italian cuisine – that this year will see side-by-side Italian chefs and cooks in American six universal ingredients : the egg, the tomato, the cod, the cheese, pasta and rice.

 

New York Identity, conceived by Paolo Marchi – creator of Identità Golose, International Congress of cuisine and pastry copyright – and from Ceroni Patron of MAGENTAbureau, in collaboration with Eataly, It is an opportunity to emphasize the wide gastronomic variety of our country through six exclusive cooking class and two exceptional dinners Cook more hands from some of the greatest chefs of today.

 

For three days the Eataly's Learning Center and the, the most spectacular space large foodstore, will host the chefs of NY Identity: from Friday to Sunday are scheduled every day two lessons. · hours 16.00-17.00: Viviana Varese & Jeremy Bearman > the cheese.

 

Two planned dinners in Brasserie:

· Friday, 4 October: Cesare Battisti, Mario Batali with Mark Ladner, Mauro Uliassi, Carlo Cracco, Katia Delogu.

· Saturday 5 October: Cesare Battisti, Lidia Bastianich with Fortunato Nicotra, Massimo Bottura, Moreno Cedroni, Viviana Varese, Katia Delogu

 

 

The event is organized under the patronage of Comune di Milano and the collaboration of Fipe – National Bilateral Tourism Authority and relies on the participation of important companies in the agri-food sector as main sponsor: Consorzio Tutela Grana Padano, Acqua Panna-S. Pellegrino, Lavazza, Mirafiore Fontanafredda and Monograno Felicetti.

Identity will also participate in NY this year Mionetto Prosecco's official Identity NY and Birra Moretti. During the event, the event will be served fine Italian wines : Berlucchi and Marchiopolo.
