By Andrea Aprea was written a lot and what I can say is that I am today I found really interesting cuisine, with pleasant pleasure peaks. The highest level, for example, the lemon risotto, scampi, Capers, a balance and clarity of flavors rare to find. The Oyster with papaya cream, Instead, Sly and seductive exotic brashly. The Guinea-fowl leg is juicy and cooked to perfection, and a dessert from the perfect textures that plays with peach and white chocolate closes a really perfect. Chapeau!
