·1 Pork Tenderloin ·50 g. of butter ·1 sachet of Saffron ·oil, salt and pepper q. b.
Tie the pork tenderloin with a string
and fry it in a pan with oil. Add salt
and pepper. Finish cooking in the oven for 10 minutes.
Diluted cooking juices of the meat left
in a pan with butter and saffron. Serve the sauce on the thread cut into slices.
