For 4 people
– 1 Tuna steak for about 350 gr – 1 Apple
– 4 teaspoons of Legeresse
Cut the tuna in small cubes, trying to get them all the same size.
Wash apples well, dry and cut into chunks, taking on the part 4 small slices. Put the tuna and Apple in a bowl, seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Fill 4 food shaping moulds with tartare and serve with a quenelle of Legeresse decorated with a slice of Apple.
