For 4 people
– 800 gr chicken breast
– 2 lemons
– a dozen sprigs of thyme – oil ages
– 4 tablespoons Mato Mato Ketchup
Cut the chicken into cubes and sprinkle with flour. You heat a non-stick pan and add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add the chicken and let it cook well.
Squirt with the juice of two lemons and continue cooking, adding the thyme leaves (keep aside 4 sprigs for decoration).
If you need add a dash of water so that the chicken doesn't dry out too. Add salt and bring to a cooking, It will take about 15 minutes.
Serve the chicken with a little bowl of Mato Mato for Diner.
