Chef's Cup 2013 stretches to make more room to fans

Also this year the Alta Badia becomes the navel of the world gourmet world thanks to the eighth edition of the Chef's Cup, meeting place for all industry professionals and enthusiasts. The novelty, though, is that the life of lengthens, passing the traditional three-day six, in order to give the possibility, especially to fans, to offer more food and wine experiences possible. The hosts of the event, born in 2004 from the fertile mind of the chef 2 Michelin Norbert Niederkofler, will be the three most famous restaurantsAlta Badia, or the restaurant St. Hubertus – Relais & Chateaux Rosa Alpina, la Siriola – Hotel Ciasa Salares and, at high altitude, the refuge Moritzino. From 20 al 25 by January, the Chef's Cup will offer a kitchen appointments tourbillon, sports, life style, oenology, but also guide and "safari" in the snow. It starts on 20 January with the welcome of participants, but the engines will switch on the 21, with the Fish dinner&Chef at Moritzino, where the stove there will be the chefs of the Lake Garda including Leandro Luppi (Vecchia Malcesine Malcesine, a Michelin star), Isidoro Consulate (Restaurant Viola, Torri del Benaco), Marilena Chan (The garden of the Hesperides, Bardolino). On the same day, but at lunch time, Glad the Alpen Royal SErlva of Val Gardena and Andrea Alfieri of Majestic in Madonna di Campiglio will be the "matadors" Felicetti Pasta Party event. The 22, highly anticipated event with the now familiar fundraising dinner at St. Hubertus, where to Cook will be a parterre of chefs to the creeps: led by Niederkofler, alternate cooking cooks like Andrea Berton, Riccardo Monaco (Enoteca Pinchiorri, Florence,three Michelin stars), Dmitri Shurshakov (Restaurant Chaika, Moscow), Johannes King (Souring restaurant Hof, Sylt, two Michelin stars), Margot Janse (The tasting room at le Quartier Français, South Africa, among the 50 World Best Restaurants) , Xavier Pellicer (Can Fabes restaurant, Sant Celoni, two Michelin stars), Thorsten Schmidt (Restaurant Malling&Schmidt, Aarus, Denmark).

The 23 will be cooking courses for lovers, but also to show – where the protagonists will be the radicchio and truffle and the best known chef of Umbria – curious and Gourmet Safari, gastronomic journey on skis between S. Cassiano and Corvara. The 24 Here's an interesting dinner at Corvara Col Alt Refuge, preceded by lunch at the refuge Ciampai of Piz Sorega where five young chefs (Enrico Croatti of Dolomieu in Madonna di Campiglio, JURI Causey and Diego Rossi delle Antiche Contrade di Cuneo, Lorenzo El Cogo Coq Marano Vicentino and Massimo Mentasti de La Gallina Monterotondo di Gavi) will perform in special street food creations.
