Trento | Duo Restaurant Tapas Bar

The tapas come in and talk about trentino. And from the land of bullfighting come l'amore di Mauro for tapas, that by a month the Duo in the kitchen bakes, I'm in the former premises of Giubbe Rosse: under, restaurant, above the bar where you can order a few glasses of sparkling wine or white wine and Red trentino, to combine with 13 tapas, some of them that reinterpret traditional local recipes. Examples include the Au Gratin with Bacon dumplings and hazelnut butter or the exquisite meat tartare salada, Trentingrana and balsamic served on a mini tortel de potatoes. Then off, with cod mantecato, served on polenta chips of Storo, vegetable couscous, caprese salad with cherry tomatoes, Basil and mozzarella, octopus salad, Asparagus and goat cheese lasagna, Tortilla with potatoes and onions, piadina with rocket, stracchino and eggplant puree. Try all and all good. But the Duo, as you said, is a restaurant. Among the starters, I tasted a good cannoli Bacon with cheese mousse Crucolo and summer salad of grilled shrimp interesting, Crispy fennel, rocket, oranges, soy sauce and ginger (Come on 6 to 9 euros), and a nice warm salad of vegetables, tosella in carriage and tomato confit dressing; among the first courses are the workhorse of the stewed trout noodles and mussels, really tasty (Come on 7 to 9 euro), But even the tagliolini with cherry tomatoes and Teroldego sauce, fantastic; among the seconds, good sea bass, Great Smoky char, (Come on 16 to 13 euro); Finally sweets, among the yogurt Parfait, Citrus caramel cream, milk chocolate creams, honey and cocoa, Apple Strudel and ice cream, even if the must is the tiramisu to tobacco (6 euro). In the original menu of dishes for vegetarians and Celiacs (wide choice) and, even, of those that can be turned into vegetarians.
