8 Pink fresh and peeled prawns
4 Scoops fior di latte
Extra Virgin olive oil
Artisan sea salt of Cervia
To start the shrimp are peeled pink and topped with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and salt of Cervia.
Form of ice cream meatballs with lemon pearls.
Finally, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, Cervia salt and lemon.
