Love knows no distinctions, knows well the restaurant Delle Antiche Contrade that wedge for Valentine decided to propose a theme menu <<Different planets ... a single passion>>. Because if the feelings are not language barriers, religion, nationality, cannot find a menu limits of passion. So, in the proposal for the 14 February of chef Juri and Diego Rossi Saint day meat and fish come together in the search for creative and stylish dishes. Not the usual menu, but an alternative proposal, for those wanting a moment full of taste and originality, without neglecting the romance:

Oysters and Guinness

Terrine of Scampi and cauliflower, carrots and vanilla seeds and Szechuan semi-sparkling flowers

Warm pigeon salad, glacialis, Pomegranate and amaretto

Beet Ravioli and "cravot", cocoa beans and peas

Slice of turbot,smoked potatoes, sea urchins and fresh chilli

Dessert: Different Planets.. A single passion!

In the glass will be wines like the Burgundy Chamirey Mercurey Blanc white Chateau 2006, the white Bordeaux Chateau de Portets Ancienne Baronnie de Gasq 1999 and Dettori estates Moscadeddu – Passito di Sardegna
