From 6 November on Locanda Margon is a combination of sweet and savory that can enhance the atmospheres intricanti recreated by Olive 1111, the extra virgin olive oil Dop Garda Trentino, Thanks to the “Bread, DOP Extra-Virgin Olive dips” a to “chocolate cake and extra-virgin Olive 1111, White chocolate and wasabi“. So, the delicious juice, olive fruit from maturing young, in these new culinary formulas makes it even more distinctly intense, fragrant and fresh notes of her body.

A new partnership which recognizes the passion of 80 olive producers and partners 1200 local suppliers of Agraria Riva del Garda and allows the chef Alfio Ghezzi of “communicate, through the kitchen, the love for my homeland and to the excellence of the territory”.
