Milk or yogurt and fresh fruit: What could be more natural and? If then this mix is pretty fresh and ready to drink, then you can't ask for any better under the August Sun. It is summer and "explodes" the fad of milkshakes and smoothies. Two healthy and nutritious beverages that combine all the good dairy products and fruit: water, vitamins, minerals, proteins, sugars and fibers.

With milkshakes and smoothies ensures the right amount of essential water to regulate body temperature, and supply of minerals, fundamental to replenish those lost through sweating. All without burdening the stomach since the pureed fruit is easier to digest than that consumed in their natural state, and that proteins of milk and yogurt are easy to assimilate to the body.

And then shakes and smoothies are really good and versatile: perfect for a quick lunch break, a refreshing snack or a refreshing afternoon snack. But are an excellent solution to entice children to drink and provide them with an adequate dose of minerals, proteins and vitamins.

Ingredients for 4 people
2 baskets of berries of Strawberry, raspberries, more, Red or black currants and blueberries,
250 ml natural yogurt,
125 ml crushed ice,
3 fresh mint leaves,
sugar or honey to taste

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a soft cream, not too dense.
Or if you prefer, You can make it more liquid by adding a little water.
Taste, You can sweeten with a little sugar or honey.
