The dinner will be dedicated to three exclusive champagne tasting, including exceptionally will 2 special reserves: Champagne Thiénot Brut, Champagne Cuvée Stanislas Thiénot Reserve 2004, Champagne Cuvée Garance Thiénot Reserve 2002. We'll start with the most classic of aperitifs, Oysters and Brut served on the terrace overlooking the river, to continue with the starters, where Squid will triumph, gallinella di mare, Yellowtail and sea bass carpaccio or tartare version.
