In the splendid setting of Palazzo Roccabruna, headquarters of Camera di Commercio di Trento, the best cuisine of Trentino will live two spectacular days dedicated to the enhancement of the best products and wines, that will also be in exposure and foretaste.

It will be a real party that wants to involve the entire Trentino restaurant. In first day on Saturday, a competition open to young and emerging chefs in the region. The winner will have the right to participate in the The best Emerging Chef Italy 2011. In second day, the Sunday, We will see instead most famous chefs interpret, each to their own creativity, a characteristic product of the province of Trento.

Each recipe will match the best wines among those exposed and producers present will be interviewed to learn about the history of their products.
