Fb friend Lorenzo Giglioli, young and handsome chef (Pisan Aphrodinte restaurant today) – I already renamed Devil Tempter because after midnight often publish recipes on your social page with hungry us all night workers – We send a preparation that, just vista, I did just mouth-watering!

AR ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

Ingredients for 4 people

8 artichokes cut as indicated in the recipe

2 Tuscan ham slices thick-cut two 3 mm , made to order listarelline

2 cloves of garlic chopped and soul private

a generous handful of chopped fresh parsley

a generous sprinkling of black pepper

a pinch of salt (being careful because if the ham is salty, so you have to keep some’ Salt parks)

a very generous watered by robust extra-virgin olive oil

Proceedings

Essential: GENEROUS cleaning artichokes.... Remove toughest leaves until the remaining do not bear the yellowish coloring to ...

Then proceed just above the yellow curve with an oblique cut toward the Center all around the circumference to remove the tops mainteining Central leaves keep ...

Keep at least three inches of stem and clean the outer bark, coming to the core and. ..

At this point, split artichokes in four parts – or two if they are small to medium-sized – DIP EACH ARTICHOKE IMMEDIATELY CUT INTO CARBONATED WATER...AND’ VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO OXIDIZE .... IT AVOIDING THE LEMON THAT GIVES IT A TASTE IN THIS PREPARATION SIDE WE DO NOT WANT TO .... 😉

The secret of the recipe, predefined set cooking method, lies in plant cleaning.

Put the artichokes well drained from water in a steel saucepan ( is preferable because it interacts less with the metallic character of artichoke) which has a lid that closes well.

Close the lid and put on fire strong: from this moment,.take exactly, with mathematical certainty and ...THREE MINUTES OF TIME ...... After these three minutes, uncover the Pan and quickly turn very dizzying speeds and sometimes with the help of two spoons. Immediately close, leave to spend three minutes by chronometer, then remove from fuoro, without open and wrapping the pan with a towel.
