Dear Friends, I know the capercaillie Madonna di Campiglio for a long long time, with chef Vinicio Tenni I worked for my second book “Yellow Gold” (Premio selezione Bancarella della cucina 2009) and with the patron of the local (now deservedly President of M.d.C Apt.) Maguire is now a consolidated partnership. AND’ that's why with is still with more pleasure that I note that whenever I go to dinner at Grouse I always find improvements. Today the restaurant has achieved truly remarkable levels. My new year's Eve dinner was perfect, and so the next day, ordered a la carte. Below some’ pictures of the dishes. And bravo Vinicio!
