I've discovered from this watch violent movies and intellectual, poet, academic and proudly farmer. Today I read this piece and would like to share it with you.

Often, at the end of a Conference on the decline of rural life and agriculture in America, someone in the audience asks: “What can those who dwell in the city?” “Eat responsibly” answer usually. Of course I try to explain what I mean with this expression, but I always seem to not having said enough. Now let me try to offer a broader explanation. I start from the proposition that eating is an agricultural Act and eco-friendly. Eat the drama concludes the annual food economy that begins with the planting and emergence.
